PROFILE OF THE TAX PROFESSIONAL

  • Former Director II, Career Executive Service Officer (CESO) V,
  • Former Director of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (Pampanga, Quezon City and Butuan City;
  • Designated OIC-Deputy Commissioner of the BIR in 2007;
  • A Certified Public Accountant, Director Duncano is a resource person in taxation, accounting, auditing and management courses
  • Authored several books on taxation

Mr. Duncano graduated from DLSU-Manila with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, where he was a Gerry Roxas Scholarship Awardee. Among the international tax seminars he has attended are the 37th Study Group on Asian Tax Administration and Research (SGATAR); Outline of the Japanese Tax System and Administration in Tokyo and Kyoto; the CIAT Technical Conference in Sevilla, Spain; the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Visitation Program in Washington DC; the International Seminar on Taxation in Tokyo-Hiroshima, among others. Until November 15, 2012, he was Director II, CESO V of the Bureau of Internal Revenue of the Philippine government.

 

 

 

Book writer/author Danilo A. Duncano donated some of his books of different titles to the Caraga State University. The books were received by Dr. Joanna B. Cuenca, University President on August 25, 2012. Dir. Duncano also served as resource speaker on a seminar-workshop on Taxation in Human Resource Management at CSU.

CSU Graduate School, College of Science Education, Public Information, Alumni and External Affairs office with the Ed.D Human Resource Management Students of Dr. Fe.
